The 2022 conferences are online!

Numerous round tables took place during the 2022 festival, you can watch them again and meet our guests, Sylvain Tesson, Conrad Anker, and all those who have enriched our scene.

At the end of this 2022 We are launching a great call for projects in partnership with Ushuaïa TV and FODACIM. The selection will be made on the basis of the project’s file and a 17.500€ prize will be awarded to the winner.

The Festival 2022

From Tuesday 14 to Sunday 19 June 2022

The 2022 edition of the Chamonix Film Festival is a major event in the Chamonix valley. For all mountain and adventure lovers, it promises to be an exceptional week. Chamonix is the birthplace of mountaineering with two centuries of heritage – now recognised by UNESCO – as the guiding thread of the festival.
Whether at the cinema, in the mountains or at our base camps in the valley, the festival will be an unforgettable experience full of the spectacular images and strong emotions that symbolise a spirit of adventure.

At the Cinema

37 films

The Vox cinema will host screenings of the 34 films making up our selection plus 3 films not in competition in its three theatres. A high projection quality to do justice to these captivating films. Each theatre will be screening a different programme, with something for all mountain passions!
