Summary
In a Maloca (House of Thought) at the foot of the cliff, seven women climbers gather around a fire. Alejandra speaks: “We have taken different paths and written different stories. Tonight, we share our experiences and confront our life’s challenges. What have each of us been through?” In the darkness, voices rise, recounting their memories and past adventures. They describe their achievements: the first female ascents of high-difficulty sport routes, the climbing of mountains over 5,000 meters, and free soloing traditional routes. Their stories of struggle and personal transformation reveal the strength and resilience of women.

Festival highlight
This film exists in different versions, each presenting all or part of the testimonies. We chose to focus on those of Alba and Abi during their ascent of Nevado del Tolima (5215 m). A poignant film, masterfully directed, and already awarded at numerous festivals.
